All services are strictly educational and advisory in nature. MMRLAB is not associated with Valve Corporation, Dota 2, or any other game publisher in any way. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
A service is considered started when a coach, analyst, or booster has been assigned to your order and has begun performing the service. You will be notified of this via the website dashboard and/or email.
A service is considered completed when the agreed-upon objective has been achieved (e.g., the target MMR has been reached, all coaching sessions have been delivered, or calibration games have been played).
If you wish to purchase any service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including your payment details, billing address, and contact information.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors:
MMRLAB does not store your full credit card details. All payment data is handled directly by the respective payment processor in accordance with PCI DSS standards.
All prices are displayed in the currency selected by the customer. The final charge may vary slightly due to exchange rates applied by your bank or payment provider. For cryptocurrency payments, the exchange rate is fixed at the moment of invoice creation.
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and the Polish Consumer Protection Act (Ustawa o prawach konsumenta), you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Anton Lazhechnikau MMRLAB and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Poland and the European Union.
All third-party trademarks, trade names, and logos (including Dota 2, Valve Corporation, Steam) are the property of their respective owners. Their use on the Service is for identification purposes only and does not imply endorsement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MMRLAB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by Polish or EU law.
MMRLAB shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, wars, armed conflicts, terrorist attacks, pandemics, government sanctions, or actions of regulatory authorities. In such cases, you retain the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund for unperformed services.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland and applicable European Union regulations.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
