MMRLAB provides non-tangible digital services — esports coaching, game analytics, skill-improvement training, and consulting. Due to the digital nature of these services, traditional "returns" are not applicable. However, we are committed to fair refund practices in full compliance with EU consumer protection law.

If we fail to deliver the service due to our fault — you receive a full refund. If the order is partially completed due to our fault — a proportional refund is issued. No questions asked, no delays.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days under Directive 2011/83/EU. For digital services where you have requested immediate performance, please refer to Section 6 of our Terms of Service.
