Copyright Policy

1. Respect for Intellectual Property

Anton Lazhechnikau MMRLAB ("MMRLAB", "we", "us") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with applicable European copyright laws, including Directive 2001/29/EC (Information Society Directive) and the Polish Act on Copyright and Related Rights (Ustawa o prawie autorskim i prawach pokrewnych).

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on the Service, please notify us with the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and where it is located on the Service (URL).
  4. Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A declaration under your responsibility that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

3. Contact for Copyright Notices

We will acknowledge receipt of your notice within 48 hours and take appropriate action within 10 business days.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification with the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled.
  3. A declaration under your responsibility that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Poland.

5. Repeat Infringers

MMRLAB will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright.

All trademarks, trade names, and logos mentioned on the Service are the property of their respective owners. Any use of third-party trademarks is for identification purposes only and does not imply endorsement.
